One of our particular areas of expertise is in carrying out searches on behalf of clients looking for commercial property, and the acquisition of new property. We have carried out numerous searches over the years for all types of property, including, offices, industrial, warehousing, open storage, D1, D2, investments and both commercial and residential sites. Our successes range from a 50,000 sq ft warehouse, to a town centre site for a Church to a Veterinary Practice.
We work with clients from the outset to look at factors such as timing, their search area, the amount of space and the type of space that they require, future requirements, costs, to buy or to lease, staff facilities, parking, communication, fitting out, lease terms future considerations (easy of disposal) planning, energy efficiently, availability, etc.
